目的观察蒲黄镇痛作用的效果。方法 6 0只小白鼠随机分为 3组 ,以 10 0 %蒲黄溶液进行灌胃 ,用扭体法和热板法测其镇痛作用的抑制率。统计学上采用 t检验。结果蒲黄对热及化学剌激致痛都有非常明显的镇痛作用。热板法显示其镇痛用与吗啡相当但较持久 ,化学剌激法则显示其镇痛作用比吗啡稍弱。结论蒲黄有显著的镇痛作用。

Objective To observe the analgesic effects of cattail pollen.Methods (1)Chemical irritation methode: 60 female mice were equally divided into three groups which administered with cattail pollen solution,morphine hydrochloride and normal saline (control) respectively,and then intraabdomiual injection with 0.05% antimony potassium tartrate was carried out to cause pain.The degree of animal writhe withing the 30min was recorded to reflect the analgesic effect.The pain inhibitions rates of all three groups were counted and compared each other.(2)Physical irritation methode:the mice were divided into three groups as mentioned above,but the pain was caused by hot plate of 55±0.5℃,and the foot sucking was observed as pain index.The parameters were processed by t test.Results The cattail pollen had strong analgesic effects to the pain by irritation of heat or chemical substance.The hot plate method showed the same analgesic effects of the morphine and cattail pollen but the latter can last longer.The chemical irritation method showed that analgesic effect of cattail pollen was some weaker than that of the morphine.Conclusion The cattail pollen has an obvious analgesic effect.
