岩白菜素缓释胶囊的制备及体外释放度研究

摘要:

目的 制备岩白菜素缓释胶囊,优选最佳处方制备工艺,并进行体外释放研究。方法 采用湿法制粒法、紫外分光光度法测定岩白菜素含量,以累计体外释放度作为评价指标,用正交实验优化制备处方。结果 正交实验得到的最优处方为:羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)60mg,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)6mg与岩白菜素充分混匀后过24目筛。该处方制备的岩白菜素缓释胶囊释放稳定,12h累积释放度能达到80%以上。结论 岩白菜素缓释胶囊制备工艺简单,稳定性好,可重复性高,具有显著的缓释性能。

Abstract:

Objective To prepare the bergenin sustained-release capsules, optimize the formulation and manufacturing process, and conduct in vitro release studies.Methods The wet granulation method was used for preparation, and ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of bergenin, and the cumulative in vitro release degree was used as the evaluation index, and an orthogonal experimental design was employed to optimize the preparation formula.Results The optimal prescription obtained by orthogonal experiments was: 60 mg of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and 6 mg of polyvinylpyrrolidone were fully mixed with bergenin, and then passed through a 24-mesh sieve.The bergenin sustained-release capsules prepared with this formulation showed stable release, with a cumulative release rate exceeding 80% after 12 hours.Conclusion The preparation process of bergenin sustained-release capsules is simple, the product exhibits good stability and high reproducibility, and it demonstrates significant sustained-release properties.
