摘要:

目的观察“手十二井穴”刺络放血对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法大鼠随机分为假手术组、缺血组、“手十二井穴”刺络放血组。采用线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型,缺血 30min、1h、2h、4h后处死动物取脑,分别测定SOD活性和MDA含量。结果与缺血组相比,“手十二井穴”刺络放血组MDA含量明显降低,SOD活性明显升高(P<0.01)。结论“手十二井穴”刺络放血对实验性脑缺血损伤有保护作用,其机制可能与其提高SOD活性、清除自由基、减轻脂质过氧化反应有关。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the effects of blood-letting puncture in‘twelve-well points of the hand’on content of MDA and activity of SOD after focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into the sham operated group, cerebral ischemia group, blood-letting puncture in ‘twelve-well points of the hand’group. The animal models were established by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO)in rats. Brain ischemia was caused by MCAO for 30min,1h,2h and 4h respectively in rats. Brain damage was measured by content of MDA and activity of SOD.Results In blood-letting puncture in ‘twelve-well point of the hand’group the content of MDA were obviously decreased whereas activity of SOD were obviously increased in comparison with those of the cerebral ischemia group(P<0.01). Conclusion Blood-letting puncture in ‘twelve-well point of the hand’has good protective effect on rat with acute brain injury by focal cerebral ischemia. The mechanism may be associated with increase of SOD activity, clearance peroxyl radical and inhibition lipid peroxidation.
